Terms & Conditions

We want you to be happy with our service and will do everything we can to resolve any issues. However, to avoid any misunderstanding our services are provided under the following terms:

1. Websites, domains and email services are sold on a minimum 12 month contract.
2. Hosting fees are payable upon publication of your site and are payable annually in advance via via cheque or bank transfer.
3. Website products require a deposit upon your agreement of our proposal and instruction to proceed. Depending upon your exact requirements, website production is usually completed within 30 days.
4. Where website production is delayed beyond 30 days due to your failure to provide content we will invoice you for the work done to date.
5. The balance of website production and hosting/maintenance fees become due upon completion. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in your site being un-published.
6. All websites are provided to clients under their full editorial control. We will not knowingly publish libellous material.
7. Switching hosting providers - no refunds are offered where switching is done within each renewal period. Where assistance is required we reserve the right to to levy a release fee up to a maximum of 3 months rental.
8. Where a template has been employed, the website design is provided on a non-exclusive basis.
9. All designs/prototypes remain our property and you agree to their use (including the use of your imagery) for our own marketing purposes.
10. Browser compatibility - during site construction we make every effort to ensure compatibility with the current Windows versions of the following browsers; Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla, Firefox and Netscape at a screen resolution of 1024x768 and 1280x1024 viewed at 100%. We cannot however, guarantee future browser compatibility.
11. Script guarantee - our standard hosting and maintenence package does not provide any guarantee of future compatility with external technology changes which may include but is not limited to HTML, CSS, client side scripts e.g. Java, Javascript and server side scripts e.g PHP, ASP and client side operating system updates. Our Premium hosting offer guarantees to resolve issues or provide an agreed alternative.
12. Hosting services are provided with an expectation that site traffic is within reasonable levels; site traffic levels are reviewed periodically and may result in an increased host fee at renewal.
13. The use of our email services for bulk emailing is prohibited.
14. Telephone numbers are sold on a 90 day contract. Subscriptions may be cancelled and numbers ported to another supplier (a suitable porting agreement must be in place) after the minimum term with one months notice. All telephone numbers are provided on condition that they are used for at least 10 minutes in any 90 day period. If numbers are not used they may be withdrawn.
15. In the event of cancellation of this contract all costs incurred by us (such as the purchase of a template) are non-refundable.
16. We want you to be happy with our services so if you are not satisfied and we cannot resolve your issue you may cancel at anytime.
17. This agreement does not affect your statuatory rights.
